only slot0(bottom one) can be used. IRQs other than 11 cannot be routed

stage of the installation process and modify pccard.conf to use IRQ 11
only after pccard support is enabled.

Misc Info :
I installed FreeBSD over the internet (ftp passive to ftp.freebsd.org)
using my 3Com 3c589b PCCard. Using the PCCard default IRQ options
("10,11", if I recall correctly, but I could be wrong), the machine hung
after downloading about 100k of the first distribution set. I tried this
a few times, and it once got up to around 300k before hanging. In order
to get the 3Com card working, I needed to take the "5,11" (non-default)
choice for IRQ at PCCard config screen during installation. With this
change, the install when flawlessly (and it was FAST!).

I also needed to change this in /etc/pccard.conf. A couple days later I
replaced the 3Com card with a LinkSys Combo EthernetCard (PCCard). I
didn't change the IRQs, so it's still running nicely with the "5,11" IRQ
  setting in /etc/pccard.conf.
